Early: So is it still her room when it's empty? Does the room, the thing, have purpose? Or do we -- what's the word? Simon: I really can't help you. Early: The plan is to take your sister. Get the reward, which is substantial. 'Imbue.' That's the word.

'Objects In Space'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Pushing Daisies season 2 is coming out on Bluray and Dvd on July 21st.

Hooray!

Video is "matted" letterbox widescreen

WTF? I hope this is a mistake.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I hate Warner DVD releases in general, because they seem to think that printing something on the box like "16:9 anamorphic widescreen" on the box would be confusing for customers. Instead, they put something very generic and confusing.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

If you squint at the box it also says "preserving the aspect ratio of the original television exhibition" so my fingers are crossed that it will play 16:9 anamorphic on a 16:9 TV.

(I love Pushing Daisies, but not enough to make me buy a Blu-Ray player.)

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

SCC fans! One desperate fan is making a video to show fan support. It could be neat. I made one last night. Even if it does nothing, it's fun to be a part of.

Art Crawl!!!

Promo for Doctor Who kind of looks like a cross between Star Wars and Pitch Black .

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Yeah, I'm not so sure it's real. If it had been posted yesterday or tomorrow, I might believe it. But that was very, very rough looking. Nothing like what I expect from the Beeb.

Rough? Didn't seem rough to me. Looked like a real promo. You can even see the BBC watermark in the corner.
