Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Anita Blake novels coming to tv. (From Lionsgate. . . I wish that they were making more Dresden instead.)
t random question on show I've watched little of Is the devil Sam's father on Reaper? t /random question
Yes.
Then why do I keep reading about how it's going to play out, or the reveal, or things like "I can't wait to see how they handle the reunion with Sam and his dad"?
Because there was another man who raised Sam as his son that Sam thought was his father. the guy sold his soul to the Devil and he ended up raising Sam. Sam thought that his "dad" had been killed, but the deal with the devil meant that he couldn't die, so he's currently a zombie.
Aha. Thankee.
I know there are other fans of Farscape in here, besides myself. First of all, to get you in the mood: a gorgeous, gorgeous picspam. Now, if you're like me that makes you want to pop in the Farscape DVDs right now. The good news, if you belong to LiveJournal (and if you don't, it's free to join) a community is forming to do a rewatch: Farscaperewatch. It looks as though they'll be viewing and discussing one episode per week, beginning Sunday, April 5th. It says there'll be two discussion threads for each episode - one spoiler-free, for newbies, and one that allows spoilers for those who've seen everything already.
I've never done a rewatch with a group on LiveJournal before, so I don't know how it will be likely to pan out, but I'm so excited at any excuse to watch Crichton and Aeryn again!
That does make me want to watch it, Morgana. I've seen a few episodes here and there, enough to know I would like it, but not enough to really know what's going on.
Oh, that's cool. Thank you Morgana.
In other departed too soon series news: Pushing Daisies season 2 is coming out on Bluray and Dvd on July 21st.
