Did anyone watch I Am Omega? I recorded much of it, but am not feeling very enthusiastic about the ten minutes I've seen so far. Judgement on it?
'Our Mrs. Reynolds'
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Haven't seen it, but since it's a ScFy movie, I suspect your MD time would be better served watching Iron Chef America, sadly.
Unless Mansquito shows up, of course.
I watched a minute or so of it. The scene was set in a parking garage, apparently after an attack by sunlight-allergic zombies, and Mark D was still having trouble convincing some woman that they shouldn't split up.
I hope she didn't give the zombies heartburn.
I watched 10 minutes near the end and there was an extended rape-threatening scene that was very unpleasant, so I switched off. I have no idea what happened.

Huh? What, is it that the zombies don't want your brains, but something...else? Or is it like 28 Days Later where apparently survivors of an epic crisis can't go a whole month (well...if the month happens to February) without a shag? I swear, in that movie, when Christopher Eccleston went into his whole "My men have needs" speech, I was thinking "Try saltpeter, you git!" (yeah - I know Snopes debunked it, but if he thinks his men are that desperate after a month...)
I finally saw the BSG finale (in HD, which was cool because our Tivo isn't HD) and I enjoyed it. yeah, I see everyone's points about just walking into the wild and hoping to love, but I liked the symbolism of starting new and fresh. Remember how ugly New Caprica was?
I guess, though, I would have liked a little more info on the "angels", although I doubt there was any way to satisfactorily answer that.
The angels are obviously Vorlons.
Jane E. interviewed by the Boston Globe. I don't think it's spoilery for Caprica: [link]
I thought that the premise of Vampire Diaries was kind of weak but they're putting together an interesting cast.
It's about families in conflict, domestic disorder, domestic terrorism, the rise of a new religion, organized crime, corporate sabotage, racism of a colony-vs.-colony sort, drugs, sex, murder and, of course, ROBOTS.
