'Out Of Gas'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

It was complicated, and just think how much worse it could be if I actually saw it every week.

I admit to a Ghost Whisperer love. I tivo it and watch every week. Have class now, can elucidate more later if you like.

Our wings are not tired.

My sister always watches Ghost Whisperer so I see it when I visit her. The ghost of the week story is often entertaining, but the convolutedness is most impressive. My sister tries to explain all the family history stuff. I can enjoy watching them more as stand alone episodes.

Coding and Sleeping

I just listened to the latest BSG podcast for Islanded in a Stream of Stars. One thing that annoyed me was treating the Daniel as Kara's father idea as a sort of a silly thing that cropped up on the Internet because, dude, that stuff in the show was about as strong as a setup for that idea as they could have done.

Edit: Whitefonted because there is a bit of a spoiler for the finale.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

More of an anti-spoiler, but I'm sure the whitefont is appreciated.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Not a fan of GW, but I LOVE Medium.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I was going to say. The writing on Medium is much better. Not a fan exactly, in that I don't go out of my way to watch, but catch occasionally always enjoy. Kinda dislike the husband character (not sure if I'm supposed to or not).

I watch Medium, too. And, I love the husband. One of the reasons I really like that show is the family dynamics. Not sugary sweet. They have their problems, but they all really love each other, too.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

The husband on Medium has not been written particularly consistently. That's the main problem I have.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I usually love Medium, but I am not loving this season at all. Too many episodes with Allison doing dangerous things with very little evidence, and I think the plots used to be much less predictable.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

That's a shame about Kings. I just watched it last night, and it kicked my ass.
