What should I do, then? Send her a gift? Sacrifice? … Unholy fruit basket?

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Three hours, right?

COMPLETELY unrelatedly, due to a mention in LJ, I found in wikipedia:

After Momoa got the part for Ronon, the Sci Fi Channel originally objected to keeping his five pound heavy hair, which he kept for a few years. However, over the following years, the heavy hair put on a considerable amount of strain, so eventually after the completion of Atlantis' fourth season, Momoa decided to have his dreads cut off, and was given permission from the producers of Atlantis. However, he was still required to have his hair sewn back on for at least the first three episode, until there would be a scene where Ronon cuts his hair off in "Broken Ties". According to Momoa, it took nine hours to sew his hair back on for the beginning of the fifth season, but was also painful to a point where he couldn't sleep due to the head sores. Furthermore, the Sci Fi Channel overruled the decision for Ronon to lose his hair, until it would come to a point where it is going to hurt his neck. Fortunately, he was given a custom made $10,000 wig that weighed the same as Momoa's former hair as a replacement for the rest of the season.

There's some tangled English right there.

I hope the Sci Fi Channel were the ones who provided the wig. The wording's a bit vague.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

wasn't he the one who got into that bar fight and had a glass smashed in his face? Whatever happened with that?

I do not know.

Alex Carter is in everything in the past couple of weeks. I was starting to expect Mark Sheppard everywhere he appeared, but his last couple appearances have been solo.

And he never seems to just play someone's dad. Spy, lawyer, security, cop.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

Between my failure to care about Adama's weekly crying jag and my failure to work up much emotion over Jason Street becoming a Real Man (t) on Friday Night Lights, I'm beginning to suspect that I may be a heartless SOB.
