Early: You folks are all insane. Simon: Well, my sister's a ship. We had a complicated childhood.

'Objects In Space'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Heh. I whitefonted because Jessica continued podcast talk over in Spoilers. Is that a hard and fast rule, or a judgment thing? I mean, clearly, if he had dropped some huge spoiler or hint at something, I wouldn't post it. Is whitefont podcast OK? I just can't remember and don't have the heart to scroll back.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

If it hasn't broadcast on TV, it shouldn't be here. Well, if it points to future developments, and I think that does. Even though it's exactly as I surmised. Bad Ron Moore.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Ron drops spoilers in his podcasts and interviews. For example, his interviews with Mo Ryan have a fair number of spoilers in them. So, I think you were right to whitefont.

OK, noted, and thanks. I'll take future spec like that to Spoilers.

Planet Raptor. Oh, Sci-fi, don't ever change.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Battlestar 2021. Yes, it is what you think it is, and it is hilarious.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Worst commercial placement in TV history: [link] (don't watch if you haven't seen last week's BSG, but in that case WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?)

Juliebird - Jan 25, 2009 4:32:21 pm PST #6443 of 30001
I am the fly who dreams of the spider

second time seeing that, and it is still so very hysterically wrong. I think that commercial has wrongness all on it's own, but this? I'm so glad it didn't air in my neck of the woods. I might have thrown up.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh dear.

JenP - Jan 25, 2009 4:46:25 pm PST #6445 of 30001

Yeah, that was just epically wrong.
