We can come by between classes. Usually I use that time to copy over my class notes with a system of different colored pens. But it's been pointed out to me that that's, you know...insane.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

but the Asian dad? Looked part-Asian so it was disconcerting that his son was 100% Asian.

I think it was the casting people using whichever decent Asian actors were available. IMDb at least says Eric Steinberg (who's half Jewish) and Eddie Shin are both of Korean heritage.

Hey, I see why Xander looked so familiar! He was Wilfred Woodruff, the vengeful Chinese Dixietocrat from the funeral episode of Pushing Daisies! Man, I loved that episode. Oh, man. Pushing Daisies. :(

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

note to ABC: i shouldn't have to dl something to stream content on your site.

Right??? ABC.com BLOWS. It took me fucking forever to watch Pushing Daisies online. And it felt like there were way more commercial breaks than in a regular show.

He was Wilfred Woodruff, the vengeful Chinese Dixietocrat from the funeral episode of Pushing Daisies!

Cool! Oh, wait, what funeral episode? This is Pushing Daisies. I'm sure there have been a lot of funerals.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

The third episode, with the twin brother of the dead funeral home dude who died in place of Chuck, and the hilarious Chinese confederate descendant who was bent on avenging his family's honour. The one with the sword fight in the morgue. And Emerson stuck in a window like Pooh. It's one of my favourites.

SCC soundtrack. Amazon says it comes out December 16, but my source says December 2.

"Samson and Delilah" will be on it. Unfortunately, the iTunes thing didn't work out.

“Not dead yet!”

Love Chuck so very, very much. He just breaks my heart in all the good ways.

Love Lester and Jeff in all their pathetic glory.

Love that Big Mike took out the bad guy.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Yay, somebody else saw it!

I should have kept this on the DVR - I think it would make a good pairing with Pangs as a Thanksgiving episode.

I really hope that Morgan winds up in the know somehow, but I can't imagine how he'd be able to keep it a secret. It just doesn't seem to be in his nature to keep something like that a secret.
