I also liked the moment when John's jailhouse call to Sarah was answered in such a way that the viewer could understand that it wasn't her and that John knew it, without it being underlined and emphasized via a cutaway.
Oh, I totally didn't get that. I was too confused about the timeline because how the hell could Sarah be answering the phone? I didn't even think about the ol' voice trick.
