i'm not getting worked up over paradoxes. they're inevitable when it comes to time travel shtuff. what i am getting worked up over is the writers changing history for no apparent reason.
What history? The writers are saying that the TV show has separate continuity from the movies. Handwave! Poof! History is gone!
If it worked for Buffy, why not SCC?
Oh, speaking of Buffy, when we were watching Torchwood- "Adam" last night, upon first seeing Adam, Tom said, "hey, that guy looks a little like Joss Whedon. Which is entirely appropriate given that they ripped off a storyline from his show!"
I liked Jonathan better than Adam, though.
Someone noted on another board I was reading that they even added a couple shots of Adam to the credits, so they really seriously lifted from Superstar.

I live in fear that RTD's Joss fanboy-ness will result in a musical episode of Doctor Who at some point.
I just want to hear Capt. Jack break out in song at one point, after buying the DVD for "Putting It Together" and watching it over the weekend!
