Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

My favorite bit is when the kitty freezes with one paw on the chair rail.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I have to put this here: the kitty version of "Blink".

That brings up the point that if Sally Sparrow had the foresight to take a cat with her to that house and attach balloons to the Weeping Angels, they would have been frozen in place helplessly for hours.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

the kitty version of "Blink".

Hah!

I play that game with one of my cats from time to time, so watching that video I was getting that same nervous tension/hysterical fear. Because sometimes I'd peak around the corner and she wouldn't be there anymore. Because she had circled around and was behind me. Good thing I'm bigger than her.

That video would have been really super awesome if it had ended like our games had, with the cat attacking the camera (my back(side)).

SCC tonight!

You so cannot walk into a nuclear plant as a temp that way.

That takes a huge amount of hand wave. Heck you can't even walk into an airport as a temp that way.

The eye-rolling is painful. Absolutely every single word, action, door, dial, sign and light completely wrong.

Absolutely every single word, action, door, dial, sign and light completely wrong.

I'm not sure how easily you can research a nuclear power plant anymore without raising some serious questions. That said, this is a pretty weak episode, especially after last week.

yeah and what was written in blood on the door.

It was a huge let down. I mean it would be hard to top last week but still this was a huge drop off in quality.
