You all gonna be here when I wake up?

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Ooh, Atlantis! That's what I have time to watch while the baby naps!

All is well that ends in pizza.

Aheming means never having to see the promos.

Especially when you don't have cable...

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Did the promos tell you who you'd see? The ones I remember only told me there'd be a surprise. I honestly didn't think more of it, though I suppose there weren't more options.

They did. "You won't believe what happens in the last five minutes!"

Then they showed us the last scene of the episode.

The promo for the most recent episode spoiled for Carson, but not Michael.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Okay, I'm losing my tolerance for SGA, so I haven't watched the episode yet (nor last week's). But someone want to tell me how they explain Carson not being DEAD?

Dana - Feb 23, 2008 7:28:13 am PST #429 of 30001
"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

They haven't yet. It's a two-parter.

However, I suspect it will either be a) clone or b) parallel universe. I think it's pretty clear our Carson is dead.

That's pretty funny. Somehow I managed to go into it expecting Michael and not Carson, even though I'd heard the "You won't believe..."

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I spotted Michael in the credits, so I guess I have only myself to blame for that one.

I do like the way they've set up and personalized a couple different factions. Todd the Sarcastic Wraith is flat out awesome.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Heyerdal is SO MUCH BETTER in that role than he ever was as Halling. Who knew he could be compelling and funny?

'Suela, I'd recommend watching the episode. Promo idiocy aside, I actually think it's more tightly written and consistently entertaining than any other episode this season.
