Faith: A kid. Angel's got a kid. Wesley: Connor. Faith: A teenage kid born last year. Wesley: I told you, he grew up in a hell dimension. Faith: Right. And what, Cordelia spent her last summer as… Wesley: A divine being. Faith: Uh-huh. Can I just ask--What the hell are you people doing?

'Why We Fight'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I love Harriet Jones too! But as more than that punchline thrown at us again and again and again and again.

Art Crawl!!!

Did the people who torrented the Doctor get the British promos too? Or were you guys promo-free?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The BBC usually has promos, (and the announcer quite politely warns viewers when the promo contains major spoilers), but I don't recall seeing one for the last episode. It didn't need one.

What Tom said. They usually do promos on the BBC EXCEPT for before the last episode. Which was excellent decision making.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Am I the only one liking Woolsey as the new commander of Atlantis? His goofiness seems so much more fitting when it comes to letting the team push him around than it did having "strong women" letting themselves be pushed around. At least it's in character in that he's a bit of a dolt.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I'm liking him overall. I would have made every decision in "The Seed" exactly the way he did, except for the initial one of not having a prepared speech to address the base as a whole upon arrival.

Punishingly Intricate

Actually, the wrongest thing that stood out for me was Sarah Jane snivelling and pleading for her life.

ugh, yeah, that really bothered me. I hope it was an act she was putting on. But it's not like the Daleks show any mercy ever, right? So what was the point.

And I haven't seen her show so what's the deal with Sarah Jane's son? Who is he?

I would like to know this as well.

Atlantis: hopefully this is the last we hear of Teyla's mommy issues ::crosses fingers:: My gods, if it didn't sound like an "issue of the week" with all her "you don't understand how hard this is for meeeee!/How dare you leave with asking if *I* wanted to come!?". I wanted to smack her so many times, although at least one of those times gave me Woolsey and a baby.
