I think tonight's is just going to the one hour--next week's should be the 90-minute finale.
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Vortex ours does too, but I just looked at SciFi's listings - this week is an hour but next weeks starts at 8:30. Unless I've totally messed up on my days.
[Link] Steven Moffat confirms that there'll be five Doctor Who specials before series five:
The actual figure of it is five. You're gonna get five specials. People are forgetting that one has already been made. That's what the confusion is. There are five specials. It's hardly a gap then, is it? Five specials? That's longer than "Doctor Who" series were back in Sylvester McCoy's time. I'm not involved in the specials, though. Except I'm there, looking at script and making sure they're not clashing.

oh, okay.
Right. I was looking at the to do list and saw Monk and Psych on the list for August 1st but no "who" - so I did a quick David Tennant wish list and found the season finale.
I have no idea why tivo didn't pick it up from my season pass.

I know I've been mainlining Who, but I could hear David Tennant saying this. BTW, LOVE Donna! I'm only on 4x06, but I do wish she would take Gramps on a ride in the TARDIS. He loves stars as much/more than she does.
Watching Who on SciFi - Holy Frelling Frak!
Wowza. Guess the populace won't be able to ignore the existence of aliens after this, will it? They managed to convey much more of a sense of the scale than the last two finale storylines did—I really felt like it was happening all over the world.
It was great to see all the companions interacting with each other. And Harriet Jones!
Any bets on how the Doctor can regenerate yet still be appearing as David Tennant in next week's episode?
No, I can't imagine. Unless somehow that whole being 1 second in the future affects things.
And Harriet Jones!
Daleks: YES. WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
Classic.
