That's right!
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
SJA trailer - apparently it aired after the Who finale in the UK. (Possibly spoilery for US Who viewers then?)
And a twopper posted this as the tentative schedule for new Who:
#1: December 25th 2008
#2: April 11th 2009
#3: December 25th 2009
#4: December 26th 2009
#5: January 1st 2010.
Well, that will give me time to get all caught up with classic Who!
So there's five specials now? I thought there was just going to be four, including Christmas.
Wizard's First Rule makes it's debut the weekend of November 1st.
I guess that the BBC have changed their mind (re: the number of Who specials.)
Scifi earns most Emmy noms it ever has - nice for BSG and SGA but seriously, Tin Man? That's just not right.
The Andromeda Strain remake with Benjamin Bratt catching Ricky Schroeder's amputated finger to save the world also got an Emmy nod. I've seen speculation that this is proof only 4 miniseries aired in the past year on all of American television.
More like: the emmy nom committee only saw 4 miniseries in the past year. I think they only saw those that were advertised in Entertainment Weekly.
Wait, so there's only going to be specials, no new seasons, of DW until 2010?!?
::weeps::
i'm going to go into serious withdrawals. though if Tennant is going to leave anytime soon, it might make it more bearable to have some distance between him and a new a Doctor.
