I would be there right now.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Amazing what a change setting your jaw firmly differently can make. Watched Leland Orser do it in an otherwise silly episode of Outer Limits (I know, I know) today.

Skiffy keeps dumping batches of OL, and I can't help myself. They only have three or four plots, so I can have more time to watch for reused sets (clippings are really obvious) and basic alien faces. Makes me wonder how they managed to get all those actors at those right places in their careers to do the show. I can't imagine them looking at the scripts and finding them brilliant.

Colin has an OL appearance, to tie back into current topic.

Wait. I can do one better: [link]

Actor Colin Ferguson has appeared in some of the biggest US shows of the past decade, including Malcolm in the Middle and CSI: Miami. However, given the choice, there's one series he'd love to take part in - Doctor Who.

Man, I wish he'd call Moffat. They did work together on Coupling. Then again, Moffat might hate him for it.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

What better way to gain our sympathy than to have him in jim-jams and comatose and practically in a hurt-comfort fic before he went all awespome on our asses?

Yes! Bless! And making references to Arthur Dent! Got to love that.

I'm charmed to death by the notion of Colin on Doctor Who. Or indeed Torchwood.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

tiggy and P-C, okay, I take it back. Mickey is made of Awesome. He's awespwn. And with self confidence, he suddenly became hot too.

totally!!

I rewatched the last two eps of season four last night with my sister. still makes me cry like a big ol' baby.

I'm pretty sure all of Moffat's US Coupling-related hate is directed toward NBC, not the cast or crew.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

As fanfiction-y as it sounds, some kind of Torchwood-Eureka crossover would blow my tiny mind.

ION, new SGA tonight! WHEEE!

Now I'm contemplating if Colin had been cast as Capt. Jack and I think my head just exploded.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Mmmm, Captain Jack in Eureka - the pretty is melting my brain.

But I always figured that it would be a hoot for the TARDIS to land in Eureka. That would be Too. Much. Fun.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I've read fic where Rodney and John end up in Eureka post Atlantis. There needs to be more of that.
