What a great little skit! Colin can't really Sing sing, and he started out all quiet, and then when he's dragging Zoe away from Idiot Boy, the Talking singing is just awesome, and then the way he ends it with "my neighbor" is just so... Colin. Salli was fabulous, as was Jordan. The whole skit was great, and inspired. LOVE!
And, and, and . . . Henry?!!!! Why and how? Don't really care. HENRY!
Also, on rewatch, I didn't realize how physical David Tennant is!
I caught it from the first (but admittedly, he had a very large sword in his hand for a good bit of his first Xmas special, which tends to grab my focus just a little.)
I loved CE's Doctor, no doubt about it. But Tennant has had this... this ... manic ... THING from the first moment. That's very Doctor, in a loopy, wild way that CE only rarely was. And always on the edge of annoying, but rarely going over (for me, anyway; I know others feel otherwise). It's as if he never quite got over that huge hit of regenerating stuff and you can still see little gold sparks popping out of his fingers.
(But, yeah, some fucking cheese in the plots. Oh, RTD.)

I have to say that I totally accepted Ten(nant) as the new Doctor, but he did get a little too manic and high-pitched for my liking in some instances, but that seems to have gone away. I really need to rewatch his earlier eps to see if I just got used to him, or if he did indeed tone down.
Loved/Love both Doctors, and I still think that the first Christmas Special was brilliant in introducing a new actor to the role and a new Doctor to Rose. What better way to gain our sympathy than to have him in jim-jams and comatose and practically in a hurt-comfort fic before he went all awespome on our asses?

Four is really my first doctor, and Ten evokes him in the exaggerated facial expressions and mania.
I made it through DW 2x13 tonight. ::sob:: She said she would stay with him forever?! I didn't believe her at the time, but I'm not any less sad. Also some guy walked by in the background of Torchwood at the beginning of 2x12 wearing a suit and a pink shirt. I was secretly hoping for Ianto.
I will say at this point in the series I am getting my hate on for Mickey. I'm tired of listening to him whine about being the tin dog.
i'll just say...yes.
Ha! I think that's where I started to like him. But he gets much better in the next few episodes.
tiggy and P-C, okay, I take it back. Mickey is made of Awesome. He's awespwn. And with self confidence, he suddenly became hot too. That is probably included in the definition of awespwn though.
