A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think my main problem with this week's Fear Itself was the pacing. Admittedly I less intently when Colin wasn't on screen, but I think opportunities were wasted to kick back and let the menace make itself felt. The slow creepy feeling wasn't there--just a recitation of admittedly horrific facts.

Art Crawl!!!

Well, and I couldn't figure out how that happened. . . I wanted to have some sort of explanation.

(I totally noticed that Charlie Jade got moved to 2 AM central Tuesdays. . . sigh.)

That too...they invoked God's name, and to what end? Not a very nice one. If the family had survived and it had been some way to get the baddie on the books doing something bad, but no.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

I kind of liked the first episode of Fear Itself. It didn't blow my mind or anything, but was kind of fun. I didn't watch last week, and have last night's episode recorded to watch tonight. ::hugs dvrs:: From the previews it looks like Colin plays a bad guy. Looking forward to seeing it.

I just can't decide if I am going to watch MVP (how in the HELL did that get ABC play time?) before or after. I wonder if it is as bad as I remember.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I keep forgetting Fear Itself is on.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I liked this week's Fear Itself, except that I found the end predictable. Colin gives good creepy.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Speaking of Colin, I tried to watch Rowing Through and gave up after about 15 minutes, even though I did last through the horrid mullet/fro thing he had going on.

The end of Fear Itself went a 1/2 turn further than I did. I was going for happier, what with the Godliness.

Julie, thank god you did. There were a couple notably horrible moments in it--well, the sex scenes with his (RL) GF was probably only trauma for me. But there was one moment towards the end...well, when I talked to him about the movie I had only to say "What was the director thinking when..." for him to know. Oddity. Not interesting flick.

I saw the last 1/2 turn coming when they said there was a survivor.

I was slow. Of course, I went to sleep wondering if he could get away anyway--but that's just because it was Colin in the role. The previous evidence against the bad guy had been "just" the testimony of a kid, but this time, despite the horrendous coincidence of the baddie being in the house, all the physical evidence should point to Colin's body.
