Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Aw, Martouf is on Fringe.

Poor Martouf.

I did not know that trivia about the Observers. Cool. Putting them in audiences elsewhere is awesome and hilarious.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Poor Martouf.

Well, on Fringe he played a rather sinister CIA guy.

Every 9th episode they do something weird, usually involving Walter on an acid trip. The one in the last season is a lulu!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I miss Fringe. Isn't Anna Torv supposed to be on a new show this season?

Isn't Anna Torv supposed to be on a new show this season?

It seems so -- a Netflix series called Mindhunter:

While character details are being kept under wraps, TVLine reports Torv will play a psychologist. She joins Jonathon Groff (Looking, Frozen) in the drama series, who is the only other announced cast member at this time.

Mindhunter is based on the 1996 nonfiction book Mind Hunter: Inside the FBI's Elite Serial Crime Unit by special agent John Douglas and Mark Olshaker. In the bestseller, Douglas recounts several of his biggest cases, including pursuits of infamous serial killers.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Flash is back tonight! Although I can't watch until tomorrow, since my DH is away. Grr.

And I'm going to miss Arrow in real time until mid-November because of class. Boo. (Except yay, because I love my class.)

Definitely watching Flash tonight, though.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Ya know, despite the stupidity that got them there, it was fun seeing the characters in their Flashpoint-verse personas for an episode. And then when Barry once again has an Edith Keeler moment, it all gets reversed with an even stupider and more annoying side effect. Bother.

Reverse Flash killing Barry's mom has turned into Bruce Wayne's parents getting gunned down in that alley: it no longer has any emotional impact on me. None. Which is sad, considering how well it was used in the S1 finale.

They really need to stop going to that well. I was tired of it last season, but now it makes me roll my eyes. We get it, showrunners. Reverse Flash killed Barry's mom and that's horrible, but...move the fuck on.
