I wanna die in bed surrounded by fat grandchildren, but guess that's off the menu.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm currently watching episode 2 of Preacher and loving it! The Irish vampire reminds me of Doyle a bit. Ruth Negga is excellent!

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I watched the third episode last night. Cassidy is gold.

I normally love Ruth Negga but Tulip's appeal faded real quick.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Yeah, I don't love Tulip. She's badass, but needs to let go of that thirst.

I just finished episode 3 and I'm still loving Tulip.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Yeah, I don't love Tulip. She's badass, but needs to let go of that thirst.

I want her to get a motivation other than Jesse.

She was really interesting and cool in the pilot, and then she became Barnacle Girlfriend.

Worked out to Dark Matter 2.1 today prior to my twice monthly needle in the eye. Is the acne ad part of the program? With my poor vision I can't read any text in shows. If I could have read the text I would have seen that the acne remedy was a GTA product or shipped from another solar system or something, true? Cause in real life nobody would sell an acne remedy with instructions to call a doctor immediately "if your nails become blue or your lips melt . " Also no real life acne product would list anemia and turning your hair orange as possible side effects. right?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I definitely know someone whose hair turned orange from an acne product. Just the part of her hair that touched the acne cream, though, so it was only her eyebrows and her hairline.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Benzoyl peroxide, the active ingredient in a lot of acne creams, is also used to bleach hair.

I watched a dl'd copy of Dark Matter, and didn't see the ad.

I probably should've rewatched the S1 finales for both DM and Killjoys before watching the new eps. Especially Killjoys because I got sucked in by D'Avin's "memory", and didn't start to realize I'd been had until the romantic music started to come up in the background (nice touch, though). It's a shame that Clara and Alice didn't hang around. They had some terrific chemistry with both John and Lucy.
