Clarke removes ALIE from her mother & Abby performs brain surgery on Ontari so Ontari can take it? And in either event, will Harper survive with Jasper out there threatening her life?
They'll need to kill Jaha, or blindfold him & stuff his ears so he can't hear what's going on.

I'm catching up on Legends of Tomorrow, and the overall plot literally does not make sense. Admittedly, I'm not paying super-close attention, but there is no reason for these people to make some of the decisions they do.
