Sometimes I think he is doing a Paul Lynde imitation.
Sounds a bit more intelligently snarky than I remember Paul Lynde being.
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Time for a refresher course on Hollywood Squares.
I really enjoyed that episode of Arrow. I don't really even have anything else to say about it.
We were out tonight, so I have to watch it tomorrow. I'm glad it's something to look forward to.
Flash and Supergirl crossover is actually happening: [link]
Boy, that was a metric fuckton of plot packed into one single episode. So many returning characters, oh man. Despite the busyness, it all kinda hanged together.
HAROLD ABBOTT, WHAT WOULD ROSE SAY. Gotta say didn't see that twist coming !!eleventy!!
Now that I've had a chance to ponder it, I think part of my enjoyment was all the returning characters and all of them doing cool stuff. Plus badass Felicity both in the Arrowcave and at Palmer Tech. And Ollie and Malcolm finally accepting that Thea is her own person and can make her own decisions. Diggle and Laurel kind of got the short stick this time around, but everyone else had some great moments.
Holy crap all the things were happening in Arrow. And despite how packed it was, it didn't feel packed. Why do I have to go to work? I wanna watch it again!
(This season is like a love letter to Felicity and I am totally on board for that!!)
I spotted - somewhere - an interview with the man who played the animal control worker. He is, seemingly, a huge X-Files fan and was thrilled to be on the show. They gave him the X-file when he left.
Kumail Nanjiani is a pretty well-known comedian and actor.

What is the name of that show? Set in Silicon Valley? Thomas Middleditch, TJ Miller... I watch it! Anyway, he's in that. He did a Community ep, too. And he does a podcast called the X- files files -- a rewatch from the beginning, but then skipped a few, if I recall. He usually has a guest, often writers, directors, etc. from the show. Darin Morgan ones are my favorites, I think. It's sporadically weekly, but there are a bunch up. I enjoy Kumail.
I really liked the last Flash ep. Iris, Harry, Barry all made me happy. I must have been in a mood -- Barry's speech at the end made me tear up a little.
