Count me as another who shed no tears at Hawkbro's passing.
If this was a brand new show, with no connection at all to the Arrowverse, I don't know if I'd stick with it. Even with that connection, I'm wavering.
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I'm not super attached to it. Don't get me wrong; I *love* Captain Cold beyond the telling of it. He is the goddamn BEST. And I also think that Heat Wave is a lot better on Legends than he was on The Flash.
But Rip Hunter is WAY too Captain Exposition for me, and the Hawks are just not good at all.

Yes, they are terribly entertaining. And Sarah is a good partner for them. I don't mind Firestorm either.
So, I mainlined the first season of iZombie this weekend and loved the hell out of it. Can anybody tell me if season 2 is as good? My daughter said she didn't think so. I want a Buffista opinion, as my daughter and I may watch the same shows, but very frequently for different reasons and have different readings of character motivation.
It's been a little uneven, but I'm still into it.

It's even better, in my opinion. They've really mastered the balance between serialization and standalone that Veronica Mars had, making each case relate to the character arc while also juggling several other plates.
Excellent. Now, the next question is, how important is it to watch all the episodes in season 2 up to now? Can I skip them, or will I be missing too much?
I think you could probably jump in and follow okay. The previouslies are pretty good, and there are expositiony recaps in dialog at times.
Choose my workout show. Last weeKS arow or last week's supernaturL, only choices for reasons.
