A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
ITA. OTOH, Felicity is shitty at keeping secrets. However, my lawyer mind says "Dude, he is your son. It is not her choice whether or not you see him. Take her ass to court."
That would create way too much publicity. Oliver doesn't want everyone to know he has a son.
Felicity's reaction was harsh the first time imo. Ollie really hadn't had time to process yet, but now he seems to be making a clearer decision to do the same thing again. Why wouldn't Barry say, "lying to Felicity means you lose her, don't do it again idiot".
iZombie: Finally Liv says the words, "I'll fight it" wrt to the personality of the brain she just ate.
In response to Thea's “Bunch of superheroes in a farmhouse? Feel like I've seen that in a movie before.”
Someone should have said, "Yeah, but our rage monster wears red."
Only on Once Upon a Time could "the fairies will take the baby" be a reassuring statement.
Well, that was very Buffy season 3, but not as well done.
We have both Librarians and OUAT recorded. I'll make sure we watch Librarians first. (We never watch both on Sunday night because my bedtime interferes. Last night, we watched neither because I insisted on watching UNC play Davidson in men's basketball with minimal time delay.)
Doctor Who:
Holy god, this season has been so fucking good. The more I think about it, the more I like everything about it. The kids and I rewatched Under The Lake/Before The Flood over the weekend (it's Aeryn's favorite) and there's some pretty fantastic foreshadowing in there for how things play out over the last three eps of the season.
(I was NEVER a fan of Clara when she was with Eleven, ever, but now all I want out of the off season is a Two Undead Girls In A Stolen TARDIS spinoff. Please, Auntie Beeb? Please?)
Heaven Sent blew me away completely. Peter Capaldi is just amazing, and I figured out the twist at exactly the right moment.
Supergirl:
I was so hoping that's who it was (and damn good effects for a TV show, too.)
Me three. Martian Manhunter. Cool Beans.
