A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
On Flash: So the Sand Demon does not actually transform into sand but into skin cells encapsulated with a special form of protein. No Silicon. But intense heat from a lighting strike still turns him into glass, rather than just burning or vaporizing the proteins. Why the hell does that bother me in the midst of far less believable comic book science at the core of show and even at the core of the episode?
Gotham: Anyone think that Miss Kringle's suspicions that Nygma just crystallized with the "dead" remark and her continuing the tryst is playing Nygma to get confirmation, and to get proof when she is sure?
Defiance has officially been cancelled.
Sleepy Hollow: THAT FIST BUMP, THO.
ALL THE FEELS. I HAZ THEM.
On The Flash, I keep wondering if Gideon disappeared along with Wells. And if not, why aren't they using it?
Oof. Torchwood's Children of Earth is intense.
Oh. Yeah. I hoped someone warned you, at least?
Umm...Miracle Day is not a happy fun romp, either
Doctor Who was so good tonight! I can't wait for next week's episode!
I adore Capaldi! Fuckity bye!
I'm a little disappointed that last week's guitar chords were apparently a one-off.
(There was, sad to say, precious little else I liked in last week's episode. But of the Chords of Capaldi I approve.)
Oh. Yeah. I hoped someone warned you, at least?
Nope. I hadn't a clue. I'm so far behind on everything that I don't even remember skimming past discussion of it.
On Doctor Who, now that I've met River Song (I'm doing Who and Torchwood in the order they aired) I just want more of her. Alex Kingston is one of those rare actors who seems to make everyone around her better.
