Simon: I'm trying to put this as delicately as I can... How do I know you won't kill me in my sleep? Mal: You don't know me, son. So let me explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Who is this baby-faced guy on Killjoys that I recognize but can't place and also am too lazy to IMDB?

Aaron Ashmore. His identical twin was Iceman in the X-Men movies.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Killjoys is dystopian sci-fi bounty hunters with a sense of humor, and it airs on SyFy. First episode just finished but will rerun in the next hour.

Thanks, Zen. I'm recording the midnight airing. For some reason I thought that wasn't a new show.

They didn't have Luke McFalane put on a shirt until the 36 minute mark. I'm in for the season.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I just realized that the Omec are purple people-eaters. This pleases me.

In their ships, yes. Sooner or later, one of them is bound to lose an eye.

OMG, Pilar with the money quote. I am readjusting my assessment of the tone of this show.
