Oh, wait. I don't think any blood thinners cross the blood-brain barrier, so they wouldn't bust up a clot in the brain. I missed the part where it was in his brain.

Me too! In fact when I accidentally spoiled myself in here last night for Flash, I got excited when I saw there was father reveal, and I thought it was Arrow finally telling us who Felicity's father is.
