Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Constantine.

Perhaps the most appropriate utterance of that particular phrase I've made in the last six years.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

People telling other people the truth! Finally!

The guy who plays Calvin on SH was on White Collar. I did not recognize him with the facial hair, but I like it.

is anyone besides me lamenting the plot necessity of having a Victor Garber character instead portrayed by Robbie Amell?

I wouldn't say I'm lamenting, exactly, but it's certainly peculiar.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Argh, I'm three weeks behind on SH. Are they worth watching?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

If you mean Sleepy Hollow it has definitely hit a groove it hasn't had for most of the season.

Spoken as one who was eased into Farscape by you.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

The Librarians got renewed for a second season of 10 episodes. Yay!

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Yay on The Librarians!

And yes, I agree that Sleepy Hollow has finally got its groove back. The previews and excerpts for this Monday, part one of the two-part finale, are what my 10-year-old calls epic.

I just hope it's not too late. If the gossip I'm hearing online is correct, it's touch-and-go whether it'll be renewed at this point.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

OUaT - Ursula, Cruella, and Maleficent teaming up with Rumple? That could be the wierdest twist on Charlie's Angels ever.

I like the way you think, aurelia.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

The Constantine finale was excellent. I wish I thought there was a chance it will be renewed.
