A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
The Flash: Jesse L Martin being the dad of one of the leads makes me feel old.
He's still yummy.
Yes, he is.
Dr. Ed (I can only ever think of Tom Cavanagh as Ed) better not be evil. Or from the future WHAT WAS THAT LAST SCENE, big lying liar who can walk and has some future holographic newspaper???
Is his character from the comics? Are any of the others? I count on you for this information.
IMDB is telling me that the female scientist was in an episode of Arrow as the same character but I can't remember her at all.
I do appreciate them casting John Wesley Shipp as Barry's dad.
My reaction was "Damn, Dawson's dad sure has aged!"
Sj she and the guy were in the ep where Slade stole the thing from the star labs warehouse to do the giant blood transfusion.
Finally got E caught up on Arrow and then we watched The Flash. I do believe Dr. Ed is evil and/or from the future.
And wow the header for this thread needs updating.
I do believe Dr. Ed is evil and/or from the future.
I actually gasped when he stood up from his wheelchair. I am the perfect audience for this show.
Flash was pretty good.
I'm thinking two possibilities for Dr. Wells at the end:
1) He's this universe's version of Professor Zoom. (And it looked like a man in a yellow and red flash outfit in the blur that killed Barry's mother. Total guess here: the red and yellow blurs Barry saw were his future self and Professor Zoom battling and Barry had to save his younger self.)
2) He's some other time traveler who is trying to prevent the event we saw in the futuristic newspaper clip.
ETA: And apparently I'm wrong, because I just saw they cast someone else as Professor Zoom, or at least as his secret identity.

I'd be disappointed if the yellow blur were anything else.
OK, on Forever, are those two antiques dealers a riff on those brothers on Antiques Roadshow?
