A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
CW is settling down as the genre channel, isn't it? I've heard people say it's more sciffy than Sy Fy, but I think the terrain is entirely different, and too many of their shows boil down to glossy relationship dramas.
I am surprised they are keeping The 100, on that topic, and cancelling Tomorrow People. I kinda bore-watch TP, but I didn't come back after the first ep of The 100. Anyone watch both and can compare?
I do figure it's cheaper to produce, though.
Starcrossed is also cancelled.
Is TVD shot in Atlanta? Sorry you lost the werewolves.
TVD and The Originals are mainly shot in Covington, about 30 miles southeast of Atlanta, but they film some scenes in metro Atlanta. They used the pool at my Y a while back.
Constantine seems to have been shot mostly in the city so far. They were filming in the Krog Street Tunnel [link] last month.
I never came back from the first episode of 100 OR the Tomorrow People. I watched one episode of Star Crossed and thought I _could_ watch more.
I have watched all of Reign, which is now borderline Boxed Set but has gone down hill dramatically (snerk) in the last few episodes.
I used to watch all the genre shows on the CW because it was better than what was on Fox, but now I can't get the CW anymore. So I only watch the ones online that I really cared about: Arrow, Supernatural.
I'm also keeping up with The 100. It's got enough adult characters to keep it interesting so far, but I may give up on it if it gets too soap operaish.
I never thought I would say this, but I felt so horribly sorry for Helena. Of all the clones she definitely got the shit end of the deal.
OTOH serious negative points to Sarah for not popping Daniel in the car. Although it was a lot of fun to see him get offed by Helena en passe. I knew that was going to happen, but it was still really REALLY satisfying.
If she hurts Felix though, I want her to die screaming bloodily. Nobody hurts Felix.
Also? Mrs. S.! That was new.
I'm totally confounded that all these characters are the same actress. It's not like Anna Torv (great as she was) on Fringe where I kept thinking she really doing a great job at playing these different iterations of Olivia (and Nimoy). I have to remind myself that this IS the same actress playing all these characters. I am in AWE! There should be some kind of award...oh wait...
Catching up on Grimm and I really need someone to tell me I don't look as old as Ponyboy.
Not even close.
He looks 15 years older than me, not two and a half years younger.
