I think that was the point of giving them these last few episodes. Because they didn't want to end the show on the depressing note last season ended on.

Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.
I actually cheered out loud both times Slade got knocked on his ass. Though I cheered louder for the two lab geeks. (Who I'm guessing will be regulars on The Flash, based on how awkwardly shoved into the proceedings they seemed to be.)
