A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
It's ridiculous how much plot they burned through already this season. In this past ep, it impressed the hell out of me that they went, LOL SECRET IDENTITIES and said, here, let us drop a couple of huge-ass reveals on your lap 'cause what the hell. They don't have time to dither and angst because they have 534 different storylines to go through and three dozen new characters from their rogue villain gallery to introduce.
Crusie's article also made me change my mind from "WHAT in BLOODY HELL" to "OF COURSE THEY DID" re. having Moira running for mayor because OF COURSE THEY DID.
Sara/Nyssa is canon.
Jesus, I love this show.
If I had to use one word to describe the showrunners and writers behind Arrow, it would be “fearless.” Also, possibly “drunk,” because these people will go anywhere.
And that is one of the reasons I love this show.
I love that Jenny Crusie is an Arrow fangirl. Of course she is.
LOVE this line:
Felicity, the IT girl who wouldn’t know angst if it bit her on the butt the costume department has been showcasing lately.
Also this:
I can’t be the only person who keeps hoping that he will someday shoot that boxing glove arrow from the comics.
No. No you are not.
I think Orlando Jones owns fandom now. [link]

Love! And have I mentioned recently that September is way too far away and someone really should give John Noble an Emmy?
Adorable. And a Sleepyheads is pretty cute. Hadn't heard that before.
Abby and Ichabod texting is adorbs (to quote JEJ). And watching the previous lies and realizing again that there is one white cast member of any significance is kind of awesome.

Ichabod, Katrina, and Henry/Jeremy?
I wasn't counting Katrina or Henry, though they certainly could be. Either way a very differently complected show than most network drama. (I'm catching up, and to be honest I forgot all about Henry.)
Ichabod, Katrina, and Henry/Jeremy
So actually, there are NO white cast regulars of any significance who are actually from the present day. Cool.

Ha, I hadn't even thought of that! But yeah, they've got ONE white guy in the main cast, two white people (related to him) as secondary characters, and every single one of them had to be imported from the 18th century. Awesome.
