What they need on Arrow is some sort of group or association of hero types to combat all of the evil that has shown up.
It's possible that he's in the land of perpetual Wednesday, or the crazy melty land, or you know, the world without shrimp.

Is that a DC Comics thing? If so, is that connected to any of the players in place this season?

Two thoughts on OUAT .
1) I did not know OZ was a Disney property. Or are they including non-Disney characters now? [On edit] Disney is releasing or has released a prequel. OK so that's why they are adding the Wicked Witch to the show.
2) If they stretch out the "I don't believe in magic." "But you are the heroe." "I don't believe" "You must believe" "I don't believe" "Listen to your heart" thing out very long when OUAT comes back, I'm outta here. There is enough repetition in the series. I don't need a replay of that with the same freakin character.
