You were very nearly devoured by a giant demon snake. The words 'let that be a lesson' are a tad redundant at this juncture.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Is this some Texas voting thing?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Wow, old school terminology meets horrific new portmanteau.

Ichabbie is like a Scottish exclamation of dismay.

Because books.

"Och, the wee lass is ichabbie today."

I like the idea of Ichabod and Abbie, romantically. But I also love the idea of them being the kind of best friends Liz Lemon and Jack Donaghy were.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Ichabbie is like a Scottish exclamation of dismay.

(oh, I love this)

I'm in the No Romo camp, too. It would be too weird in regards to Ichabod still longing for Katrina--and Katrina able to pop up in visions. But a deep partnership, sure.

Though I suspect Abby's sister may try something. Even if just as a test.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I'd like to see him get Katrina back.

I think her soul's trapped with Moloch(?) isn't it? So what he's likely going to want to do is free her for heaven. Though I'd like to see a reunion/physical manifestation of Katrina.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I could see threesomes.

I mean, why not? Dream threesomes, even!

Though, HOLYFUCKBALLS my disbelief suspenders, already stretched and frayed were impossible to maintain. I mean, I get that they're running with about as ahistorical version of United States history as is possible, but... but...

Yeah.

(Also, I mock the notion that there was any actual glorious purpose to the American Revolution, but, whatever.)

Favorite Arrow snark from the latest I've seen so far (last weeks):

Sin: "You know your boyfriend's an idiot, don't you?"

Thea (straight faced) "It's my first thought in the morning, and my last thought at night."

Mostly you are right. Though Thomas Paine seemed to sincerely believe otherwise. Of course he was considered too radical by most of the other founders.
