Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Also - the man has spectacular posture.
He had to have the costumer sew in rigid bits along the shoulders and spine, at least for a while. (Like the Lipizzaner riders do when they first start out.) Watching makes me want to do that, since I always feel like I'm slouching.
Please tell me you're talking about a repeat, because I thought Sleepy Hollow was preempted last night.
Please tell me you're talking about a repeat
Wait, what??? I thought they were talking about the last episode from two weeks back.
Whenever I see Ichabod in his period clothes in the 21st century I think, "You're wearing clothes that have been buried for more than 200 years! Eew."
Wait, what??? I thought they were talking about the last episode from two weeks back.
That'll work too, but they were talking about riding, so I don't know. I'm just in "don't want to miss a new episode!" paranoia.
They really need Ichabod to wander into the thrift store right after somebody dumps off a pile of unwanted Revolutionary War re-enacter costumes.

He's wearing a body that's been buried for more than 200 years. Is this like how Superman's outfit doesn't get burnt to a shred every time he flies into a star, or something?
I can dig the argument that he sticks out like a sore thumb, but unless he looks like a Walking Dead reject I'm not worried about the smell of his outfit.

Okay, now I'm paranoid too, unless you mean juliana's comparison to Lippizaner riders' outfits.
Sleepy Hollow is on hiatus until baseball is done.
Which is a shame, because if any show deserves to have an amazing Halloween special, it's this one.
Last episode was #5, "John Doe". Next one is #6, "Sin Eater", slated to air on Nov. 4.
(I was paranoid, too, and went a-researchin'.)
