A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
l assumed that Thea succeeded at running the club because of the changes that came from a) her job b) the Glades c) Oliver disappearing. Roy did not even occur to me.
Why wouldn't Ohio be able to work out where he was? What would make the island inherently inaccessible? A cloaking device? Moving around? Other people could get there and he has massive resources,

Same here. Also, not having any parentals around, so she needed to step up and take care of herself.
If there is an ovary-up scenario, Thea is in one. Good on her.
Haven: boo no Colin. I knew he wasn't in every episode but I hadn't done the math. I did like the last minute Audrey reveal. I was expecting that to be slower, whatever it was, that stretched out the premise. They do have the show's end hovering absurdly over every minute of it,
l have no idea what pain! Rogue has in mind for other-Crocker ( he could be troubled too, right?). But he does need to be woven into the plot again. And she needs some subtlety, Lord knows.
She knows Roy is running around in costume because unlike Oliver, he is not stupid enough to keep important parts of his life from the people he loves and knows he can trust.
Smart enough to spare himself the grief Roy is getting, though.
The nagging Roy is getting beats the tongue lashing Oliver will get when Thea finds out he is the Hood/Arrow/Green Arrow.
BTW, now that Oliver has decided to try not killing, I wonder if there is any chance we will get a boxing glove arrow?
And Thea's tongue lashing is the right thing to do? I'm all for secret identities myself. I know people want you to be honest with them, but you do extend the jeopardy in ways they can't comprehend until the deed is done just by including them. Unless she whips out hot pants and an arrow (and even then), it generally just elevates her chances of being strapped to the railroad tracks by the next dastardly no good bad guy.
I wonder what the proportion is of knowing:unknowing among the befridged population.

I just said tonight that I would KILL for a boxing glove arrow. Even just as a throwaway joke in the background.
The show, the way it's written, can't actually do a boxing glove arrow. If it's a joke or a snarky comment, that's about the best they can do.
I would think "unknowing" would increase your chance of being fridged. OK - only in the real world. In superhero land being kept ignorant actual provides protection.
I saw my first Almost Human poster yesterday, and oh, please let this not suck. Urban is clearly a friend of the people and deserves great success, and who doesn't want to look at Michael Ealy? Lili Taylor? Other people who are probably very nice and I care much less about right now?
I do remember hearing scathing things about the premise, but little on the actual show itself. Any facts or opinions?
It's created by Joel Wyman (Fringe show runner). That's enough to pique my interest.
