And dear LORD do I love having Farscape talk again. If I was able to W&P without commercial breaks, I'd say tommyrot's induction would be a great time to do a Farscape W&P.
I know! The longer the strike went on, the more I was tempted to suggest a Farscape WnP. I didn't know how many other fans there were, lurking about out there.
I've only seen Seasons 1 and 2, and then random bits and bats from later seasons. Because the DVDs are so bloody expensive. And for some reason, I have yet to find them anywhere in Bangkok - even though they have all manner of obscure things out here. Grr.
Meanwhile - have Pushing Daisies and/or Moonlight completed a first-half-season thing? Whatever you call it? The thing you have where suddenly the season is interrupted for ages?

I was thinking of getting into Farscape years ago, but the cost deterred me (I hadn't seen any Farscape, so it seemed like too much of a gamble). But then season 1 came out on iTunes for $39.99, so I downloaded that. Then I bought season 2 from Amazon for $79.99 (it's $149.99 retail). Fay, can you get it from iTunes or Amazon where you are?

You used to be able to get the season box sets for close to $20 cheaper at Deep Discount (IIRC), but I don't know if that's still the case.
I can't really stick up for The Locket on any kind of objective level, but it made me cry. A lot. So I can't hate it.
Sadly, Deep Discount is now selling them for a $1 more than Amazon. And they don't carry season 3 (they do have 4).
You want the Starburst editions where you can find them - those tend to be cheaper on Deep Discount.
(Season 1 starburst editions are impossible to find and season 2 is getting there but you should find seasons 3 and 4 fairly easily. I just ordered my last two season 4 sets yesterday.)

And i seem to have misplaced mine. grrr...They are somewhere with my dvds of the UK Office. I lent all of it to my best friend when she was on pregnant lady bedrest but I think she gave them back to me and now? Missing!
