That is intriguing.
The ads for this season of AHS remind me of American Movie and how everyone in that mispronounced "coven" with a long o.
Xander ,'Showtime'
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
That is intriguing.

I don't know about Revolution's storyline, but I'm enjoying the acoustic versions of classic rock songs.
We're watching the finale of Under the Dome. This is a terrible show.
It was a very disappointing finale. The show was never GREAT, but it had its interesting moments here and there, and Dean Norris was really good, and there were pretty ladies and the occasional explosion. Come on, Brian K. Vaughan, what have you done.

My brother thinks that Y would make a great TV show - network or cable - so I'm sad to hear his TV episode skills are not up to snuff with his comics.
Maybe Y can make a great TV show in someone else's hands.
Watching Revolution after Under the Dome was the right choice. Revolution looks way better by comparison.

I did like his work on Lost, though, and I give him credit—perhaps wrongly for all I know—for the improvement in the show after he joined and they sent an end date. So I expected more from Under the Dome. I think it would have been better if they had just done a miniseries. BKV believes stories should have endings, and he's strongest when he's working toward one, but they're trying to make this show more open-ended so it can run for several seasons, and I'm not sure how well it will work. I am kind of interested to see them explore how this town functions under the status quo of "Well, we're stuck here forever, I guess," but I don't know.
Wow, glad I was never tempted to watch Under the Dome. I read an excerpt of the novel and didn't care for that, so figured it was not for me.
I hear it's only loosely related to the novel at this point. My criticisms are more to do with sucky plot, dialogue, and characters.
