So, how was your summer? Mine was fun. Saw some fish. Went mad with hunger. Hallucinated a whole bunch.

Doctor Who: Someone please explain to me what just happened?

That last bit was pretty confusing to me too. Though, I did enjoy the rest of the ep.

I'm no good with timey-whimy logic, so I'll wait for someone with a better head to explain.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Oh HELL no, Orphan Black! Not cool!

The Nerdist reviews tonight's Who. SPOILERS, obviously.

At the end, there is a delightful interview with 10 & 11.

The interview at the end of the Nerdist column made me wonder if 10 is wearing the suit AlternaDoc wore on Bad Wolf Bay.

Turns out, not.

However, there is speculation in one of the comments that I think I'm going to subscribe too. What if John Hurt is Doctor 0...the one before John Pertwee . Very cool idea.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Bonny: There are a couple gaps where he could fit in. For instance, during The Time War, perhaps?

Victor, that was a popular suggestion in the comments as well.

Waiting until November is going to be hard.

It would be so great if Moffat pulled off something awesome. Except for the Gaiman episode and this last one, this series has not been my favorite.

It could all get paid off though.

Canon question...has there ever been a description of how the Doctor ages within a generation?

I was thinking about the interviews with the living former doctors, in which they said that they had not even been contacted about the 50th anniversary show, much less been invited to participate.

Now, that could all be a ruse, but it got me to wondering if they weren't invited because they all look so different...except for Sylvester McCoy, of course...to their incarnations.

A Time Lord isn't like a vampire, but does he age really sloooowly?

Oh, bonny, that's interesting. All of the other Doctors are making up for that?
