I am wholly unskeptical of Defiance, and Jess's description doesn't make me want to watch it any less. I don't necessarily mind derivative or predictable.
The game aspects don't interest me at all, although good for them if they can make that work, I guess.

Caught my first Pushing Daisies rerun on Chiller (well, my DVR via Chiller) last night. I must have been a very good girl - it was an episode starring Joel McHale as the stiff - double-plus good bonus for me!

Man, I didn't watch-and-post Arrow last night! I watched it, but I was all a-twitter (not Twitter) because my wedding dress got delivered. So:
I am loving Ollie and Slade on the island (I'm still not convinced that the island ISN'T the island from LOST). I'm expecting the copious amounts of Slade in the flashbacks to lead to him turning up in the finale as a bad guy (that's total speculation; I'm not spoiled for much of anything).
The past few episodes have been making me want to draw gold sparkly hearts around Ollie and Tommy.
