All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I don't think so. I think this was a different kingdom. I wonder how many kingdoms are in Fairy Tale Land?

It's just that the man we've seen as Regina's father until now was short, bald and (to my understanding) not royalty. How does that fit with the tall, handsome, vapid prince Cora married?

No idea, but he was named Henry. So, I guess we're suppose to assume it is the same guy.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

If she is Rumple's daughter, that would make Regina Henry's aunt....

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

It was Princess Ava that tripped Cora, and Charming referred to Snow's mother as Queen Ava, fwtw.

Thanks, -t. That is what I thought I heard. If it is snow's mother that tripped Cora, when did she learn her lesson of being humble? And why is it that Henry and Cora did not become king and queen as the end of the episode suggested they would?

Clearly there's more to the story -- I guess we'll be getting Rose McG flashbacks to fill it in? I think there's also something fishy in Princess A tripping Younger Cora, as if she'd been directed to do that by someone...

I was not good at catching names this episode.

Cora did say the prince was 7th in line to the throne so that would explain why she never became queen.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That raises all sorts of question I should put back to bed.
