How did your brain even learn human speech? I'm just so curious.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

le nubian, did you predict Zero Hour would be three and out? I feel like I read that here and, well, poof, it's off the schedule.

I hope they do air the rest sometime, I'm so curious about how much more bonkers it gets.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Lost Girl: OK the bit where Bo tells foster-ma "I'll always think of you this way" I snarked to the screen "yeah, suffering from late stage dementia". Too much saccharine in the mother-daughter relationship, but enough nutsiness to keep from throwing anything at the screen. But a lot of what was on the show tonight had that over-top-craxy that keeps me watching. And I did like Doug's unexpected depth of character. And that when he was in his Goth phase, he was willing to travel two towns over for eye-liner. (At least one writer on the show appears to have a minor obsession with men in eye-liner, so would fit right into the Buffistas.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Can you remind me what Dyson's wolf form is like? Is it full wolf like Twilight, or man wolf like Buffy, or what?

Full wolf I'm 90% sure.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

He can exhibit wolf-face/fangs, but he's also gone full-wolf when the plot calls for it or the writers need him to be naked afterwards. They're very generous to the fans, those writers.
