You know, with the exception of one deadly and unpredictable midget, this girl is the smallest cargo I've ever had to transport. Yet by far the most troublesome. Does that seem right to you?

Early ,'Objects In Space'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm dead, or I'm recalibrated. I see it between other people more than I see it between them. I'd so much rather see Stiles/Danny than Sterek at this point. Jackson/Isaac, or Isaac/Boyd. But...Stiles it the hot-cuz-funny guy, and Derek is the hot-cuz-hot guy, and they play around with it off script, and the script will give nod to that, but it's not the same thing as subtext.

I'm watching last night's ep now, because I sense my dash will be aflutter with whatever. And I don't want to be spoilt or try and avoid all day. I did not expect Isaac to be the one to nut up. I was liking Boyd so much better.

Aaargh! So, even though I expanded the recording time, I am flouted again. My copy cuts off right after the Sheriff notices that Stiles isn't there. WHAT HAPPENS???? I am ahemming a copy, but I can't wait until I get home to know.

Damn, they are really ramping shit up for the end of the season. And look at my baby on the field! And his daddy's so proud! And Lydia's so different from where she is in my S1 rewatch. I like her arc/reveal.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

It's a very well-paced season so far -- I'm really impressed by how all the arcs are coming together.

Did you watch last night?

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

How many episodes of TW are there?

12 in the first season (streaming on Netflix), and we're on 11 of S2 right now. They're picked up for S3, 22 eps, I think.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

That seems manageable from a catching up perspective. I think I know what I'll be doing while dealing with Massive Amounts of Ironing tonight.

I got through six episodes just yesterday...

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Finally caught up on this week's Alphas. The new woman could be interesting, especially since she's bonded with Bill of all folks. His new Fight Club fixation is also interesting.

But mostly - did anybody else who watches the show get a vibe from that scene near the end with Parrish and Rosen that Rosen may have an Alpha ability he's not aware of? I had odd glimmers through the first season that might be the case, but that scene just set off a bunch of warning signs. I just can't quite parse what his ability might be. Empathy? Calming effect? I can think of ways that both might be useful to Parrish.

I went from liking bits of that chick's ability to eyerolling. The idea that her memory is a rolling deal, with finite capacity--cool. The idea that she watched a few hours of training tape and learnt how to hit someone in the neurotransmitters? Uh...surely you could have made something less weird up?
