Saffron: But we've been wed. Aren't we to become one flesh? Mal: Well, no, uh... We're still two fleshes here, and I think that your flesh ought to sleep somewhere else.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Warehouse 13 and Alphas return tonight.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I do have to say, of all the related things I've seen on tumblr, [link] is the one that made me want to pull back the most, and it's the official tumblr. It's just cheesy im comparison to most of the fanstuff that comes across my dash.

I suppose it's good that the 13-year-old girl they hired to maintain the account is getting such an early start on her web developer career...

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Heh. It IS very 13ish, isn't it? I wonder if I should send my niece a link.

Many of the people on my dash that are falling in love with it seem to be mid 30s, so that tumblr is an absolute horror. Even the "kid" stuff that's coming across my dash is more sophisticated than that.

Yikes.

So looking forward to ALPHAS. I want to know what's going on with Gary (and to a lesser extent. Bill, and of course Strathairn's character (who's name escapes me)).

I'm looking forward to it too. I'm re-watching the finale of Warehouse 13, and I'm surprised at how much I didn't remember.

Boy, it was firing on all cylinders last night wasn't it?

I can't believe I forgot to extend my Teen Wolf recording. This is not the first time I've missed the end! Ack! This episode was on severe drugs--some literal--and I'm not sure if I missed anything. Well, I'm recording againt to see--I can't even remember the precise place it cut off.

I did guess during the ep that Allison's stalker might be related to Jackson's shenanigans. But I can't lie--the loops they're tying their plots and mythology into exceed the amount of attention I was paying, so I'm playing a bit of catchup from just casually watching.

About Mama Argent--how do parents--those parents in particular--not get to talk to their daughter when they want to? If my mother needed ten minutes or ten hours of my time, she got it. And I think she was pretty relaxed compared to the hunter killer Argents. Man, TV's excuses for not having conversations are generally pretty weak.
