Anya: We should drop a piano on her. It always works for that creepy cartoon rabbit when he's running from that nice man with the speech impediment. Giles: Yes, or perhaps we could paint a convincing fake tunnel on the side of a mountain.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

And looking forward to this last episode of Eureka, though sorry it is last ep. That series I would have paid money to have continue. Not low fat, not fancy, but not junk food. A really good Louisiana Oyster Po'Boy maybe.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm not sure why Bo has to be a doofus, though. I'm not getting doofus out of the writing, I'm just getting blank slate out of the acting.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

I heard a podcast about Darabont and TWD. He said that "The Walking Dead" was first shopped to ABC who wanted the creators of the show to remove the zombies (!) from the show in order for it to air.

i'm guessing they just wanted a post-apocalyptic tv show.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Aw, Eureka finale! So finale-ish. And sweet.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Sniff.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I haven't been good on keeping up with Eureka, but that last scene had me clutching my breast and squealing with tearish joy. (I think that any horrible bad writing could have happened in the twenty billion episodes between the premiere and the finale, and that scene would still have filled me with glee).

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Aw, Eureka. I will miss having you show up on my TV. That hit all the notes I wanted, I think.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Other than Jo and Zane, it was perfect.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

In the alternate future that Henry created to keep his girlfriend alive how old was Jack and Allison's baby or was she pregnant at the graduation? I was just wondering how this pregnancy lines up with that one.
