Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

YOU GUYS.

This weekend at the American Library Association, Dark Horse announced Yang and Gurihiru will return for a second "Avatar: The Last Airbender" graphic novel series called "The Search," which explores the biggest unsolved mystery in "Avatar" lore: what happened to Prince Zuko's mother?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Yay!

But now I might need to read The Promise, that sounds good.

Dang, there's a whole rabbit-hole of Avatar comics lurking, isn't there?

The Promise has been interesting. It's pretty good. Except for Aang and Katara calling each other "Sweetie" all the time.

There were lots of comics during the show's run that are collected in The Lost Adventures. They're not essential, but they're a fun read.

Yeah. That bugged me about as much as it bugged Sokka.

Yep. Really only the former. The latter is just fun little shorts, with a few stories that do add a little bit of plot to the original series.

Um, I love Jack, but I would KILL him for this. Maybe a weekend away, but not the honeymoon. Maybe it's me.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Poor Henry. I swear he gets abused almost as much as Tara on True Blood with just horrible, horrible fates.
