I haven't watched since S1, but I think you're supposed to want to slap Arthur. The premise seemed to be that Merlin is going to turn him into a good king.

I don't think you're supposed to slap him like I want to. Maybe because I would want to slap Merlin too for putting up with it. But bec assure he has a responsibility, I guess, to be the adult one because he understands what's at stake. I've always hated the trope, and if it's still extant in the second session, I doubt it is the show for me.

I've been wanting SG-1 for a long time but could not justify the cost. Roughly 6 bucks per season, plus the extras makes me pretty happy.

Man, this last Eureka episode really made me dislike Allison. Initially I was cold towards her, and then came round on her and the ship, but I don't know if her flash epiphany at the end of this ep has fixed everything yet.
And I do hate the shortcut of introducing an annual event that's a total big deal, but somehow it didn't come up in any of the previous seasons *and* at least one of the residents needs to be brought up to speed on it.
