A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I've been thinking about this all week so, I'll just say it: Why the frak didn't any of the new Cylons go to Athena and tell her and ask for her help?

And who is watching Hera while her parents are on the secret mission?

Ok, I'm done now.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

So I'd HEARD about the Rose appearence in Doctor Who, but if I hadn't, I'm not sure I would have recognized her. The blond thing is new, right?

Meanwhile, I kinda love the idea of a companion who is JUST along for the ride (which is what I thought Martha was going to be). It might be interesting if the Master shows up again, because she might be swayed in going over.

On a related note, besides Rose, has a companion lasted a significant amount of time with multiple Doctors?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

The blond thing is new, right?

nope

I totally did not recognize her. At all. Probably because I haven't rewatched the Eccleston DVDs yet, but still.

Premature senior moments. grumble grumble grumble

Sarah Jane spanned Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

If you count the Brigadier, he spanned multiple stories with several Doctors.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Why the frak didn't any of the new Cylons go to Athena and tell her and ask for her help?

Because it's very likely she'd have told the Admiral and then they'd all be locked up. She's more loyal to the fleet than to the Cylons.

Plus, Tori seems to be turning kind of evil, and both the Chief and Tigh are cracking up.

Jane E rocked it tonight! I think I like her Adama/Roslin best of all.

Not sure how I feel about SpeechyMartyr!Baltar.

Poor Chief. I really don't feel good about where he's going.

Tigh/Six = AWESOME.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

As long as Baltar and his cult don't turn out to be the Ori ::shudders::

More and more, I'm wishing they had killed Lee off long ago, so that my love for him would not be tainted, although that's more in reference to last week's ep with him once again having no agency other than what Zarek puts on his plate. I was happy to hear Roslin speak about him: one of the things that I loved about the early BSG was her relationship with Lee, and instead of seeing is disintigrate, it just disappeared. I also did like that the theme of "survival at all costs/integrity at all costs" was touched on again, and really enjoyed hearing Roslin express herself on this matter.

This was an Espensen ep? And I didn't totally hate it?! ::hides::
