I don't accept that future as an absolute, though, only a possible.
Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I enjoyed reading this AVClub recap of Korra almost as much as I enjoyed the episode.
I think Letters of Transit was part 1 of a two parter that we'll see the end of sometime next season. I also think we'll get to 2015 and see Olivia die and the rest of our heroes being ambered.
NO KILLING ASTRID!!!!
Exactly what I was going to say.
I don't know what the Letters of Transit episode was all about. Was it the real future of a possible future?
Yes.
Heh.
As I was watching the ep, I couldn't help wondering what the other universe's characters were doing... if they were actual people, that is. Not because I was bored or anything, just because I miss them.
Psyched to see Leonard Nimoy again! I thought he had bowed out of acting for good, so that was cool. I loved the mostly animated episode last season, but I figured the reason for it was because he didn't want to appear on screen. So, glad he changed his mind.
I think he just retired from playing Spock in any future endeavors.
no, he retired from acting. so I kept wondering if they used the magic of FX to put him back in the picture.
That's why he was animated in the LSD ep because he retired.
Yes.
thanks for clearing that up.
I was shocked to see Nimoy. I thought he had retired from acting. I wonder what changed his mind?
