OUaT: He's Doctor Whale, right? That has to mean something, you don't name a character "Dr. Whale" for no reason, but I can't think of a connection.
Pinocchio?
That's the only thing I could think of but it seems too weird for the rest of the show. Snow White dating the whale from Pinocchio, I don't know. But if that is what's going on, weirder could be better.
