A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

everyone becomes a cartoon character (including Sheriff Carter's much-abused Jeep, cleverly and petulantly voiced by The Big Bang Theory's Jim Parsons)

Jim Parsons was once again awesome! I loved that Zoe was in it! My only upset with the episode was where was Henry's wife?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

LOVED tonight's Chuck. Loved the conversation between Sarah and Gertrude where Sarah wasn't at all fishing but Gertrude confessed her love for Casey (it reminded me of a similar bit in Questionable Content, quite honestly, but Sarah is nothing like Pint Size). Loved that Morgan was the other one to break Casey out of jail. Loved Richard Burgi blowing up real good! I'll miss him as a villain, but I loved his exit. He definitely should have known better than to let Gertrude get her hands on him, but he was such a smug fuck I could believe it at that moment.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Totally did not expect Decker to get taken out so soon! I laughed so hard; that was amazing.

And I knew about Danny Pudi, but surprise Yvette Nicole Brown was awesome.

Best episode of Chuck in a long time! And ita !, it answers your question about what good Chuck is without the Intersect.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You mean the hackery stuff? That part I knew. It's the fighting and the weaponcraft, etc, that I look side-eyed at.

Man, I paid attention to the ep at the time, buy now I'm not sure if you might be referring to something else.

That's what I meant. I just thought you were implying that Chuck just wasn't competent without the Intersect.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

No, just that he wasn't a competent spy. He was in Stanford for Comp Sci, wasn't he?

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

The "Piranha" bit felt too retconny. All this time he's been a legendary hacker and this is the first we heard of it? Or had it been mentioned before?
